Schools are operating differently because of technology advances that have become available. Fitness technology can become an essential part of a successful physical education program.  Heart rate monitors are a valuable piece of equipment and technology because they can provide safety for students during an activity, supply a method of authentic fitness assessment, and help to improve activity levels.  This program is a 2 day training program in the use and application of the POLAR E series.(The E series replaces the Accurex II and Vantage XL Heart Rate Monitors. Information on these machines will also be available) College credit availability on-site pending.

Upon receipt of registration form, each registrant will receive a letter with details of their location, a receipt, and a booklet with samples for writing a grant.

         Keynote Address:
will be presented via video by Beth Kirkpatrick, founder and creator of heart rate monitor usage in Physical Education
